Q.beyond sells part of colocation business to Datev

Monday 2 August 2021 | 09:38 CET | News
Q.beyond, formerly known as QSC, is selling its unit IP Colocation to Datev, an IT service provider for tax consultants, auditors and lawyers, for an undisclosed sum. IP Colocation operates in a data centre in Nuremberg. The sale will likely improve q.beyond's EBITDA and free cash flow in a single-digit million-euro range. The company is therefore set to adjust its guidance in the half-year financial report that will be published on 09 August.
