Qoga.fr sells out of Google Glass in half hour

Friday 4 April 2014 | 10:57 CET | News
French event sales website Qoga.fr sold a small stock of second-generation Google Glass devices in under a half an hour on 1 April, with the products going for EUR 1,799 each. Qoga said on its website that no fewer than 1,500 people had jumped on the offer on the first day and that a few more units would be made available on 2 April. Frandroid describes this offer as exceptional in France, as it is theoretically impossible to buy Google Glass without a US billing address and an invitation from a current owner.
