Qorvo increases 2029 notes offering to USD 550 mln

Qorvo, which bought Cavendish Kinetics in October, has priced more 4.375 percent senior notes due 2029. The company will be offering USD 200 million of the notes, following one of USD 350 million at the end of September. The latest move will bring the total offering to USD 550.
