Qualcomm faces UK legal action over inflated smartphone chipset prices

UK consumer group Which? has launched legal action against Qualcomm for alleged anti-competitive behaviour which led to inflated smartphone prices. The group said it is acting on behalf of millions of consumers who have purchased a Samsung or Apple smartphone since October 2015.
