Qualcomm unveils Snapdragon 855 Plus, with more speed and more power

Qualcomm has unveiled its latest Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, a faster follow-up to the company's flagship Snapdragon 855. The new platform aimed at giving a strong 5G, gaming, AI and XR experience sports a Kryo 485 CPU that runs at top clock speeds of up to 2.96 GHz. Qualcomm's Adreno 640 GPU provides a performance improvement of 15 percent, the company said.
