Rain makes progress with network roll-out, plans infrastructure expansion next year

South African operator Rain's investor, African Rainbow Capital (ARC), says the operator is making good progress in the roll-out of its data network and will significantly expand its infrastructure in the coming year, MyBroadband reported. ARC said that key to achieving this is the network's contractual roaming agreement with Vodacom.
