Rain plans data-centric mobile service by year-end

South African company Rain, formerly Wireless Business Solutions (WBS), plans to launch a data-centric mobile service by the end of 2017, when the company expects to have 2,000 LTE-A enabled towers active nationwide, reports MyBroadband.
