Rain sells Broadlink to CipherWave

South African operator Rain will sell its Broadlink telecommunications business to internet and cloud service provider CipherWave, TechCentral reported. Rain CEO Willem Roos confirmed that the parties have reached an agreement, though they are not disclosing the value of the deal. Spectrum licences are not included in this transaction, and Broadlink staff will remain unaffected, he said.
