Rakuten aims to bill BRL 200 million in Brazil by the end of next year, Baguete reports. Rakuten said that it has developed different e-commerce platforms for the segments in which it operates. The areas in which Rakuten is focusing on Brazil are fashion, jewellery, mobile telephony, retail and auto-parts, among others. Rakuten Brasil currently has 1,200 virtual stores in its e-commerce platform and aims to reach nearly 2,300 by the end of this year.
