Rasmussen group buys 30% in Ice Norway owner AINMT

Shipping group Rasmussen invested NOK 300 million in Ice Norway owner AINMT, according to Dagens Naerlingsliv in an excerpt from an article on its website. Inside Norway said Rasmussen had taken a 29.5 percent stake in AINMT. Norwegian national broadcaster NRK said Pareto Securities acquired NOK 67 million in shares and Johan B Michelsen bought NOK 53 million thourgh the company Commenda. NRK added that Leif Hubert subscribed to NOK 25 million and Bjarne Skeie to NOK 10 million. CEO Dag Rasmussen told NRK that the aim is to make AINMT Norway's third largest operator.
