Razer prices IPO at high end of range, at HKD 3.88 per share

Friday 10 November 2017 | 09:29 CET | News
Gaming hardware maker Razer has priced its initial public offering at HKD 3.88 per offer share, near the high end of the indicated range. The amount will push market capitalisation to about HKD 34.389 billion, and net proceeds raised to HKD 3.930 million, if the over-allotment option is not exercised. Razer initially offered a total of over 1.06 billion shares for the offering, made up of an international offering and a Hong Kong public offering. Both the Hong Kong and international offering were very significantly over-subscribed. The shares are expected to start trading on 13 November.
