Redesign costs Snapchat users in the UK, as Instagram benefits - eMarketer

Social network Snapchat is losing users in the UK for the first time since launch, according to the latest UK social media usage forecasts from eMarketer. Snapchat has been losing UK users since the platform was redesigned in late-217, in favour of Instagram and other rivals.
