Reduction in Botswana's wholesale mobile call pricing enters force

Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) has introduced reductions in local voice calls, showing significant revisions in the cost of calls between the two biggest networks, Mascom and Orange, reports Mmegi. On 01 June, BOCRA removed the off-net premium for calls between mobile networks. The cost of calls will now be the same at wholesale level, but will still vary at retail level.
