Friday 11 July 2014 | 15:10 CET | News
Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) approved the format of the free text messages (SMS) to be sent to Telcel users when making a top-up. The messages will be free to the user and will consist of the amount of the top-up, the accumulated balance with the basic tariffs for the local and long distance service, as well as for SMS and internet. Moreover, the IFT will request from Telcel to submit a message format related to international roaming rates that the operator would send to users when performing a top-up abroad.
