RingCentral to raise USD 1 bln in convertible debt issue

Proceeds from the offering will go towards buying back up to 1 million worth of shares and to buying back USD 230 million worth of its outstanding 0 percent convertible senior notes due 2023. The company does not want to spend more than USD 650 million of the proceeds on the buybacks.
