RLG to produce handsets for Airtel Nigeria

Airtel Nigeria has reached an agreement with telephone manufacturing company RLG to produce handsets for its subscribers. The regional director of RLG in West and Central Africa, Tosin Ilesanmi, said that the company would soon begin to produce handsets, tablets, power banks and other devices at its Ilesa factory. According to him, the company could create up to 10,000 jobs, depending on the volume of orders received from customers, The Punch reported.
