Roam adds EMV Chip & PIN to mPOS platform

Mobile commerce platform provider Roam, an Ingenico company, has expanded its mPOS platform to include chip and PIN acceptance with the RP750x. This new cloud-based service is compatible with Roam's mobile commerce platform. The service connects with smartphones, tablets and features phones via Bluetooth and/or audio jack. The offer also includes backlit display, EMV PIN pad, magnetic stripe reader, smart card reader, and NFC reader.
