Rogers, BCE form joint venture for Glentel retail operations

Canadian communications and media company, Rogers Communications has reached an agreement with BCE under which the two companies will jointly own Glentel's Canadian retail distribution outlets once the pending acquisition of Glentel by BCE is completed.
