Roku beats Q3 guidance, trims FY EBITDA outlook on acquisition, investment costs

Roku lowered its outlook for adjusted EBITDA in the full year, after moving to a negative result in the third quarter. While revenues are expected to grow more than previously forecast, extra costs for the recent acquisition of Dataxu and continued investment in the business will weigh on EBITDA, the company said.
