Roku taking further legal action against Mexican sales ban

Friday 13 July 2018 | 11:44 CET | News
US content streaming company Roku is taking further legal action to have the ban on the sale of its set-top boxes in Mexico lifted, reports El Financiero. "Despite the fact that Roku devices have always been and will continue to be legal to use in Mexico, the current sales prohibition harms consumers, the retail sector and the industry," said a company spokesperson, adding that "we are redoubling our efforts in the search of new legal actions to restore sales of Roku devices in Mexico."
