Roku to launch in Argentina alongside Applicaster

Monday 24 July 2017 | 10:54 CET | News
Israel-based app-building software provider Applicaster has announced that it will be releasing its Zapp platform in Argentina to coincide with the upcoming launch of the Roku streaming service in the country. The app-building platform enables the quick launch of apps or Roku channels that are compatible with a wide range of phones, tablets and TV devices from Apple, Android, Amazon as well as Roku. The apps can then present content directly to viewers and/or provide secondary functionality such as social feeds, viewer voting and real-time stats.
