Romania applies 201 sanctions related to statistical data

Romania's telecommunications authority Ancom applied 201 sanctions to the electronic communications providers that had not complied thoroughly with their obligation to send statistical data for 2015. These providers can fulfill their obligation within 30 days from the communication date, otherwise the communicated fines will be enforced. The fines amount to RON 50 or RON 300 per day of delay. The providers have the obligation to report statistical data on their activity and revenue from the provision of electronic communications services.
