Romania holds tender to buy IT platform for portability

Romanian telecommunications authority Ancom launched an open tender for the purchase of hardware and software licences for an IT system that will be used for the provision of the country's number portability service, writes local online publication Hotnews.ro citing data published on Romania's Electronic System of Public Procurement (SEAP) e-licitatie.ro. The contract has an estimated value of RON 3.2 million (with VAT). One of the bid requirements is evidence that bidders won maximum 3 contracts in the last three years to deliver similar hardware products whose total value is RON 1.2 million
