Romania postpones signing EU loan for 'white areas'

Romania's Ministry of Communications and Informational Society (MCSI) postponed until next year the signing of the financing contract for receiving EUR 84 million of EU funds for setting up broadband networks in the underserved areas of the country, MCSI minister Valerian Vreme told local news agency Mediafax. The contract was initially estimated to be signed in November.
