Romania to ensure operators' free access to state buildings

Romania's government submitted a bill to the public debate to ensure the free access of providers of electronic communications networks to public buildings of the state, writes online publication Hotnews.ro. The move is meant to encourage the development and expansion of electronic communications networks so that Romania can achieve the objectives set by the Digital Agenda. If adopted, the new legislative project would reduce annual revenues of local budgets by more than RON 13 million.
