Romanian fixed ISPs taking longer to resolve complaints

Romanian internet providers were better at resolving faults on mobile networks last year, but took longer than in 2014 to fix problems on fixed networks, according to the latest report from national regulator Ancom. Mobile problems were remedied in an average 14 hours after reporting by users, or seven hours less than in 2014. Repairing internet problems on the fixed network took an average 39 hours, up from 24 in 2014.
