Roos named Altice Dominican Republic CEO

French telecoms group Altice has announced the appointment of Martin Roos as the new CEO of its Dominican Republic unit starting 18 January 2016. Roos was formerly CEO of Cable and Wireless Caribbean and vice-president of Ericsson and will replace Hakim Boubazine, who has been appointed Altice USA COO and co-president.
