Rostelecom claims 200,000 IPTV subscribers in Far-East

Russian national operator Rostelecom reported that its IPTV subscriber base exceeded the threshold of 200,000 in the Far-East in December, reports Prime-Tass. The figure has grown by 11 percent in five months and is expanding by about 6,000-7,000 monthly. The operator plans to launch its free Internet Radio service this year, and its Music on Demand service will be offered in the Far-East in 2012.
