Rostelecom demos multi-vendor transport SDN with Netcracker

Russian national operator Rostelecom, NEC and Netcracker Technology announced that the first proof of concept (PoC) interoperability test for transport software-defined networking (SDN) in the Russian Federation has been successfully completed.
