Rostelecom expands Ethernet grid in Kholmsk in Sakhalin

Russian national operator Rostelecom has completed the deployment of the MetroEthernet network in the town of Kholmsk in the Sakhalin region. It has passed 235 apartment buildings with 13,000 households, making broadband and over 200 IPTV channels available there, including 50 in HD.
