Rostelecom expands FTTB network, subscriber base in Samara

Russian national operator Rostelecom has expanded its FTTB network in the Samara region, covering over 5,700 households in Samara, Syzran, Chapayevsk, Neftegorsk, Pokhvistnevo, Bezenchuk and Sukhodol. The operator has deployed 25 km worth of communication lines. Rostelecom offers up to 100 Mbps and IPTV services over the FTTB network. The operator's IPTV subscribers base has reached 35,000 in the Samara region.
