Rostelecom expands wholesale network services in Southern Russia

Russian national operator Rostelecom has expanded its services in the B2O (business to operators) segment in Southern and Northern Caucasus federal districts. The national operator provides mounting, servicce and support for the networks of other operators. Rostelecom has already concluded 11 contracts for the services with telecommunications operators working in the Astrakhan, Volgograd, Rostov and Krasnodar regions, as well as in the Republic of Dagestan.
