Rostelecom launches special unit for presidential elections

Russian national operator Rostelecom has launched a special temporary unit based in the Nizhniy-Novgorod region. The regional unit will focus on maintaining network security and quality of services during the presidential elections. The regional centre will work 24/7 regime from 16 to 20 March.
