Rostelecom launches Wink TV services in Siberia

Russian national operator Rostelecom has launched its new pay-TV service under the Wink brand in Siberia. The multi-media Wink platform combines a mobile application, online portal and application for smart TVs to deliver over 200 TV channels and more than 12,000 films and series to customers. The new service builds on the operator's existing IPTV platform and is part of a wider rebranding and repositioning of its services.
