Rostelecom, OTEGlobe strike network agreement

Russian telecommunications operator Rostelecom has signed a master service agreement with OTEGlobe, international division of Greek national carrier OTE. Under the terms of the deal, Rostelecom will provide OTEGlobe with circuits to any city and location in Russia using its own extensive network or the access to CIS, Baltic and Transcaucasia countries on the basis of partner agreements, as well as transit between Europe and Hong Kong or Europe and Tokyo via the shortest quality route of Transit Europe Asia (TEA).
