Rostelecom raises anti-virus subscriber base in Volgograd, starts video-surveillance in Petropavlovsk

Russian national operator Rostelecom said that the subscriber base of its anti-virus services has reached 40,000 in the Volgograd region, up 400 percent over the past year. Customers can choose from either Kaspersky, Dr Web or Eset Nod32 anti-virus services.
