Rostelecom receives authorisation to raise stake in Aurora OS developers

Russian national operator Rostelecom has been authorised to raise its stake in the companies Votron and Open Mobile Platform (OMP) to 99.9 percent, reports Vedomosti. It already owns a 75 percent stake in the companies.
