Rostelecom starts services for Elista outpatient clinics

Russian national operator Rostelecom has connected to its FTTB network the municipal outpatient clinics in the city of Elista in the Republic of Kalmykia. Four units of the clinics have been connected to the fibre network of the national operator after the replacement of copper lines. The rest of the units had been connected to the FTTB network of Rostelecom earlier.
