Rostelecom to sign agreement on RUB 30 bln credit line

Russian national operator Rostelecom plans to conclude an agreement with the bank VTB on a RUB 30 billion credit line. The national operator plans to use the funds for its operating and financial activities and investments, as well as for refinancing its current debt.
