Rostelecom, Unistream to cooperate on financial services

Russian national operator Rostelecom has started working with the payment system Unistream, reports Kommersant. The two signed an agreement on providing financial services in 275 outlets of the operator in the Ural district and the Perm region, including payments for telecommunications services and money transfers within Russia and to the CIS countries, Georgia, Israel and the UK. The commission fee is initially 1.5 percent and may be raised to 2 percent by the end of the year.
