RT Labs creates e-govt department

Russian R&D company RT Labs, a subsidiary of the national operator Rostelecom, has established a new department for the development of electronic government infrastructure, reports Comnews.ru. Alisa Korzhenevskaya has been appointed the head of the new unit. Korzhenevskaya earlier worked at the Federal Ministry of Communications, where she was head of the unit responsible for telecommunications links of electronic government services. Anna Lazovskaya has been appointed the deputy CEO for project management at RT Labs.
