RTE, Virgin Media talks stall around launch of RTE2+1 channel

Irish state broadcaster RTE has not been able to reach agreement with Virgin Media Ireland for the launch of a time-shifted version of RTE2, the Irish Independent reported, with sources saying negotiations were proving difficult.
