Rural ultrafast fibre broadband will benefit N Ireland economy by GBP 1.2 bln - study

The proposed government GBP 150 million investment to roll out ultrafast fibre broadband in rural areas of Northern Ireland could generate economic, social and environmental benefits worth GBP 1.2 billion, according to a new study by economic consultancy DotEcon for BT.
