Russia adopts law on regulation of messengers

The lower chamber of the Russian Parliament has adopted a new state regulation on work messengers, reports Tdaily.ru. The new law includes a requirement for owners of messengers to identify users by telephone numbers. The government said the need for the law comes under the fight against terrorism.
