Russia to test sovereign internet traffic controls in March

Russia plans to carry out new tests of the reliability of its sovereign internet space on 20 March, reports Tdaily.ru citing a programme prepared by the Ministry of Communications. The tests will focus on the effectiveness of blocking traffic using encrypted DNS over HTTPS and TLS.
