Russian govt discusses use of 3.4-3.8 GHz band in Moscow - report

The Russian Ministry of Digitisation has been holding discussion with mobile operators about options to transfer the 3.4-3.8 GHz band in Moscow, reports Forbes.ru citing sources. These frequencies are currently used by the military.
