Russian ICT market set to shrink by up to 10% in 2020

The Russian ICT market is expected to decline by at least 5 to 10 percent this year due to a decline in the second quarter of this year, reports Comnews.ru citing Alyona Fomina, the CEO of Elektronika, the analytics institute of the state corporation Rostec. The ICT industry is not expected to recover until the beginning of 2022.
