Russian operators apply for 5G spectrum in Tatarstan

Russian operators working in the Republic of Tatarstan have submitted applications for 5G spectrum to the Russian State Radio Frequency Centre (SRFC), reports Tdaily.ru citing Dmitriy Vandyukov, the deputy minister of communications of Tatarstan. The frequencies will be used for the launch of 5G networks in the city of Kazan and in the town of Innopolis.
