Russian state to pay for release of 5G spectrum

The Russian state budget plans to pay for conversion of radio frequency resources necessary for 5G networks, reports Vedomosti citing Maksim Akimov, the deputy prime-minister. The costs are estimated at tens of billions of roubles.
