Russian telco watchdog to invest in verification system for mobile subscribers

Russian federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor plans to spend RUB 386.5 million for designing of the system for verification of data of subscribers of mobile operators, reports Cnews.ru. The watchdog will also launch several systems under the framework of its digital transformation programme which will be carried out within coming three years. The whole size of the investment in the programme totals RUB 5.6 billion.
